De business opleiding voor young professionals
Het nieuwe Bachelor programma in Ondernemerschap (Entrepreneurial Business Administration) is voor studenten die een ultieme ondernemersuitdaging willen aangaan vanaf de eerste dag van hun studie.
Het programma zit vol met uitdagingen voor potentiële ondernemers, maar levert de young professionals die ze voortbrengt ook een solide basis in businesskennis en -competenties.
- 6 projectweken waarin studenten als ondernemer de uitdaging aangaan om geld te verdienen met een onderneming, onder de supervisie van de business school;
- Het opstarten van 2 (mini-)bedrijven;
- Introductie van de in-house entrepreneur ('intrapreneur') met Wittenborg partners waaronder Achmea, Mazars en Rabobank;
- Het opstarten van een volwaardig bedrijf aan het eind van de 3 – 4 jaar durende studie.
"The Entrepreneurship and SME Management Bachelor Degree Programme is for students who know that they would like to start and run their own business, and who want the support and tools that a Bachelor programme in Entrepreneurship and SME Management can give them. Students will be required to have an international outlook, and speak good English. These students will have ambition, optimism and good general communication skills. They will be imaginative, artistic, conceptual thinkers and have good social networks. The ESME programme will enable future entrepreneurs to more readily adapt to the changing environment, through the use of their learned skills, competencies and knowledge, thus also maximizing the avoidance of company failure. In cases where companies do fail, trained entrepreneurs will be more capable of ensuring continuation than those who are not specifically educated in the field of entrepreneurship."
