Core management studies including strategy, operations management, finance, marketing and human resources are integrated with specialist subjects that address the key needs of the international tourism industry.

The course seeks to address contemporary issues in sustainable tourism development and management and is cross-disciplinary in nature drawing on themes such as regional studies, anthropology, visual culture and special interest tourism.
